MARTIN MAES WINS FRENCH EDR
MARTIN AND HIS ORBEA RALLON TOP THE PODIUM
Martin Maes achieves a great win in Loudenvielle and provides Orbea Fox Enduro Team with First EDR Title.
Orbea FOX Enduro Team has made history in Loudenvielle. In the French commune, the last race of the 2024 UCI Enduro World Cup saw the team take first place in the EDR category with Martin Maes.
Despite mixed performances this season, Martin tackled the EDR race with energy and confidence a week after his top 20 finish at the DH World Cup in Andorra. After taking victory in a tough race marked by the weather and difficult terrain, he provided Orbea FOX Enduro Team with its first title in the category, debuting the new Oquo MC32 Team wheels in style.
“Today I woke up with the feeling that I could win, and it was perfect: I didn’t test the ground even once and I rode the best I could in incredibly tough conditions. A great end to a tough race. A great end of the season, dedicated to the entire team for the work done over the last 3 years.” Martin pointed out.
