The Canyon Sender CFR downhill mountain bike has a lot of new features that have truly made it one of the best DH bikes we’ve ridden. By dropping 600 grams off the bike, reducing pedal kickback by 60% and offering a great way to adjust the geometry based on your mountain bike trails, Canyon Bikes has really impressed our testers.

The new Canyon Sender is a prime example of the pinnacle of downhill mountain biking and the finished product is absolutely top-notch. Riders can leave the headset cups in the stock/neutral position of quickly swap to the +/- 8mm cups if they need to lengthen or shorten their bike based on terrain. Likewise, the new Canyon Sender DH Bike has 10mm of chainstay adjustment.

Size Large and XL come with 29″ wheels front and back while the Small and Med have a mullet or 29/27.5″ front and back. At this time they are not interchangeable as the rear triangles are different on S/M and L/XL.

Be sure to watch the video as we go into some of the details on this awesome DH bike, where Canyon has made modifications to the suspension, geometry stats and of course, how it rides!
