PRESENTED BY FOX RACING AND MAXXIS TIRES

The quest to find the best Enduro Mountain Bike 2022 has to offer is a challenge, one that is made harder by the dozens of brands working tirelessly to improve big hit capabilities, pedaling performance and geometry for one of the most popular and demanding mountain bike categories. Depending on your vision of “Enduro,” these bikes could be called upon to ride World Cup-level downhill trails with confidence, pedal efficiently on 8,000-foot days, or be ready to ride the chairlift for endless days in the bike park. This year we collected a pretty diverse group of enduro bikes from the standard tried-and-true favorites to some options most readers may not have expected to see. We spent a lot of time on these bikes in terrain from Bellingham, Washington to Los Angeles, California before gathering for a multi-day shoot in Bend, Oregon to cast our final votes. Over the next week we’ll be unveiling one bike review per day as we build up to the grand finale where we share our final thoughts and votes.

We’d like to thank Fox Racing and Maxxis Tires for their support in making this series possible. Without their partnership these types of projects wouldn’t be possible, if you feel so inclined, offer them a thanks down below! And while you’re at it check out Fox’s new 2023 Product Line and Maxxis’ performance MTB tires here and offer them your support so we can continue bringing you amazing reviews and detailed content.

Over the course of our testing, we evaluated each of these eight bikes on a variety of terrain with an open mind to the different types of riders and consumers in the market for an Enduro Bike. Our team spent a lot of time talking with riders all around the country to see what they value most, what they look for in an enduro bike and combined that with our on-bike experiences to give the best educated recommendations we could. We understand that riders in different areas and of different abilities will be wanting different things from their bikes, and for that reason we created a few categories that we’ll be awarding bikes to in hopes that you’ll be able to fit yourself into that area and see which bike is best for you.

Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube Channel and stay tuned for the series and read each review to see how they rank on our list of best enduro mountain bikes of 2022.
