Fox Factory is proud to open the doors of its new 12,000 sq ft facility to support increasing demand for suspension servicing and warranty processing across the family of Fox Factory products.
The new service centre is staffed by a crack team of the finest Fox Factory trained and certified suspension technicians in the UK. Working closely with the engineers designing the product & athletes who test it, we know all the ins and outs of our products. When you book with Fox Factory, we guarantee the best and most comprehensive service to refresh and upgrade your suspension for both Fox & Marzocchi brands.

When your suspension or dropper post arrives into Fox Factory, our professional suspension technicians will ensure that each product receives a full inspection, teardown and rebuild with proprietary replacement seals and oil before a final quality assessment check to ensure your suspension is running just as well, if not better, than when you first bought it.
