Project.23 Carbon Full Face Helmet

Developed at our Prolab facility on Vancouver Island BC, our Project Line is the result of endless hours spent designing, developing and testing in some of the harshest and most demanding MTB riding spots on the planet.

Our flagship full face helmet, the lightweight Project.23 Carbon, is a no compromise design with industry-leading build quality, safety and ventilation.

At the core is ERT Smart Foam technology which reduces energy transfer to the brain by up to 20%, critical protection for both linear and rotational impacts. The adjustable visor runs without bolts, with the release system helping to reduce rotational forces during a crash.

23 big bore vents allow impressive through-flow ventilation, cooling riders in the heat of a race or sunny bike park laps. A Fidlock magnetic closure makes it easy to remove between runs.

Updated sizing allows flexibility and an easily customisable fit. Two liner sets are supplied to maximise stability, security and comfort on the roughest terrain. The liners are AGION antimicrobial to keep things fresh and easily removable for washing.

An injection moulded trim finishes off the detail, adding some subtle branding and protecting the carbon helmet shell.

Sam Hill Knee Pads

Designed alongside the three-time EWS winner himself, the Sam Hill signature knee pads are the ultimate choice for gravity riding, whatever your discipline.

Light enough to be worn all day, the Sam Hill knee pads mould with body heat to provide maximum comfort and flexibility. Running the length of the pad in the rear and extending across the lower front, a breathable 4-way stretch mesh maintains airflow for all-day comfort.

Riders often tell us they forgot they were wearing knee pads until they have a crash or come to take off their riding kit at the end of a long day!

It’s a slim pad with huge coverage giving maximum protection but slides easily under your favourite trail pants without hindering the ability to pedal.

Here’s the techy bit: Sam Hill Knee Pads are EN1621-1:2012 LEVEL 2, Type B certified. What does this mean? There are two levels of protection that can be certified Level 1 and Level 2. Level 1 allows for ≤35KN to be transmitted to the rider whilst level 2 allows a max of ≤20 KN. Type A or B refers to the area of protection, Type B giving greater coverage than Type A.

Where 7iDP win is that we make Level 2 Type B pads that are more comfortable than our competitor’s Level 1 Type A pads!

Project Gloves

The 7iDP Project glove is designed for performing at the highest level. The ultimate rider’s glove with a perfect blend of ‘feel’ and protection, refined over many seasons of hard use.

The thin AX perforated 4 way stretch palm provides that connected grip riders want; thin enough to feel good on the bar, with enough substance to protect in a crash.

Knuckle inserts guard your two outside fingers from trees and shrub impacts which can be painful and shorten your ride (sore or damaged fingers HURT!).

Close fitting ripstop 4-way stretch fabric covers the hand with an adjustable cuff closure, giving a snug fit without restricting movement.

Add in silicone print on the thumb and finger and you’ve got the controls covered in any conditions.

A glove should protect but feel natural on the bar. The Project nails all the above.
