LIV LADIES ALLRIDE
MTB SKILLS CAMP DATES ANNOUNCED
February 13, 2025
Join Ladies AllRide and take your mountain bike skills to the next level. Registration is now open at www.ladiesallride.com. These mountain bike skills camps are created for women over 18 who shred at all levels, from beginners looking to build a strong foundation to experienced riders eager to refine their technique.
Ladies AllRide is entering their second decade running transformative mountain bike skills camps designed to inspire and empower women through mountain biking. Since its inception, Ladies AllRide has helped thousands of women gain confidence on and off the bike by providing expert instruction in breathtaking riding destinations around the country. With a focus on progression, camaraderie, and fun, these camps remain committed to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment where women can push their limits, connect with a like-minded community, and experience the joy of mountain biking in a whole new way.
“I just wanted to thank you for such an amazing weekend. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had on a mountain bike,” said Kim, a Ladies AllRide participant from Bend, OR. “I’ve been riding for over two decades and didn’t realize how many things I wasn’t doing correctly. This camp helped me break through the plateau I had reached.”
“Beyond bikes, your optimism and positive attitudes really went a long way. Kicking off the camp with a speech about being vulnerable, welcoming all walks of life, and addressing how ‘comparison does not belong here’ was awesome! I’ve realized I talk myself down as a way to protect myself if I fail at something. When my coach wouldn’t allow me to say negative things about myself and my abilities, it changed me. What a breath of fresh air you and your whole team were. Keep up the great work!”

Lindsey Richter, founder and Director of Inspiration at Ladies AllRide, has been dedicated to the bike industry for over 20 years. After a decade traveling the country with the AllRide Tour—riding, racing, promoting products, and managing a kids’ race team—she found her true calling: helping more women discover the power of mountain biking for mental and physical health. In 2010, she became a certified coach and has since devoted herself to teaching mountain biking full-time around the world.
“Mountain biking has been a transformative force in my life, and I’m passionate about sharing that experience with others,” says Richter. “The parallels between mountain biking and life have taught me invaluable lessons—building confidence, overcoming obstacles, and trusting myself both on and off the bike. It has shaped my mental and physical well-being, introduced me to a whole community of like-minded people and shown me what I’m truly capable of. My mission is to pay this forward by empowering as many women as possible to discover their full potential through this incredible sport.”
Ladies AllRide is powered by a team of certified, skilled, and passionate coaches dedicated to supporting women-identifying and non-binary individuals through mountain biking. “We teach essential bike handling skills while inspiring participants to challenge limiting thoughts that hold them back. The same skills—understanding, practice, balance, momentum—used to navigate obstacles on the bike, also apply to overcoming life’s challenges,” said Richter. “It’s truly magical to witness women discover a whole new level of confidence in themselves!”
“For ten years, Ladies AllRide has been breaking down the barriers that have kept women from entering off-road cycling,” said Cassondra Spring, Liv Global Brand Manager. “Through their camps and platforms, they provide a supportive community that champions skills and confidence, while also introducing the joy that comes from riding with other women. Their commitment to growing women’s mountain biking is unparalleled and perfectly aligns with the Liv mission. This is a partnership we’ve held close since day one of their inception, and we look forward to continuing our support of their game-changing work.”
A key part of the camps is the education stations, where participants gain hands-on knowledge about suspension setup, flat tire repair, bike maintenance, gear, managing fear, and more. Additionally, thanks to our amazing sponsors, attendees have the chance to win valuable raffle prizes.
“We’re beyond excited to partner with such an amazing group of companies in the outdoor industry,” said Meredith Brandt, CEO and Partner of Ladies AllRide. “Many of our sponsors have been with us since the very beginning, and their continued support speaks volumes about the value of educational programs like ours. Through these partnerships, we’re able to inspire women to embrace a lifelong passion for riding. We’re truly grateful for the dedication and enthusiasm of so many incredible brands.”
The Ladies AllRide team looks forward to playing on bikes with women at one of their fun locations in 2025.
