THE KIT
Trail riding means rough terrain, high speeds and the occasional moment when things don’t go to plan. We designed the Enduro Bib with a lightweight central back protector integrated directly into the bib – giving riders a way to add subtle protection without the weight or restriction of traditional armour.
The Rheon back protector sits in a dedicated integrated pocket, disappearing under your jersey without the bulk or heat of traditional armour. Rheon technology stays soft and flexible while you’re riding, then instantly stiffens on impact to absorb energy when it actually matters.
The bib itself is built for all-day comfort with soft elastic straps, high-airflow mesh construction, and a premium high density chamois for those rides that turn into epics. The system is also modular. The protector pulls out in seconds and can be swapped between bibs, so you only need one protector while running multiple bibs. THE BIB

Constructed with high-airflow mesh panels, soft elastic straps and a premium high density chamois, this bib is designed for breathability and comfort on big rides. It works perfectly as a stand-alone riding bib, but also forms part of the DHaRCO Enduro Protection Bib System.
The bib includes the integrated pocket designed to hold the Rheon Central Back Protector Insert, giving riders the option to add low-profile back protection when they want it.
Because the system is modular, one protector can be swapped between multiple bibs – perfect for multi-day trips, stage races or riders who like a fresh bib each day.

The RHEON Back Protector Insert delivers certified back protection in a format so lightweight and flexible you’ll forge it’s there – until you need it.
RHEON is a reactive material. It remains soft and breathable while you’re riding, moving naturally with your body. On impact, it stiffens instantly to absorb and disperse energy, then returns to its flexible state. No rigid plates. No unnecessary bulk. Just protection that works.
Because the insert is removable, one protector can be shared across multiple Enduro Protection Bibs, making it easy to pack smart for multi-day adventures without compromising on protection. It’s also perfect as a replacement insert or spare for your gear bag.
MODULAR SYSTEM
We designed the Enduro Bib Kit as a modular system to give riders more flexibility.
Think stage races, bike trips, or big riding weekends — when you want fresh bibs but don’t want to carry multiple protectors. With this system, you can run one Rheon back protector insert across multiple bibs, swapping it between them in seconds. Start with the Bib + Protector Kit, then add extra Protector Ready Bibs if you want more bibs for multi-day rides.
The bib also works perfectly as a stand-alone mesh liner bib, so even on rides when you’re not running protection, you’ve still got one of the most comfortable bibs in your drawer.
