REVEL FRAME FACTORY TOUR
November 4, 2026
Most bike brands keep the factory floor out of sight. We’d rather bring you inside. We recently visited our carbon partner in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to show you a behind the scenes of what really goes into making a Revel frame: fresh carbon, precise layup, tight temperature control, and decades of experience at every step.
It’s also a look at how far we go to make sure the frame you ride is right. We drop-tested a 120mm Ranger well past downhill standards, CT scan every frame we make, and the Revel team does the quality control on every single frame before it ships. If you’ve ever wondered how your bike is made, it’s 10 minutes well spent.
“A lot of the bike industry has kept the manufacturing side secret for years. Other than riding the bikes, we think this is the coolest part of our job. We’re proud of how these bikes get made, and we want riders to see it for themselves.”
