ALL-NEW FLEXAIR LINE
INSPIRING PERFORMANCES AT THE ELITE LEVEL
April 7, 2026
Developed in Close Collaboration with the World’s Fastest Athletes and Using SpeedSuit-level Materials
Fox Racing, the global leader in motocross and mountain biking gear and apparel, introduces the all-new Flexair Mountain Bike Collection. Developed in close collaboration with the world’s fastest athletes, including the 2025 Men’s Elite UCI Downhill World Cup Overall Champion, Jackson Goldstone, and using SpeedSuit-level materials, Flexair inspires performance at an elite level. The all-new Flexair including men’s and women’s jerseys, pants, shorts, and gloves is available on www.foxracing.com/mtb and at participating dealers and channels globally.
The new Flexair’s design was greatly informed by the two-piece SpeedSuit RS, first introduced in 2024 and widely adopted by Fox Racing’s downhill athlete roster, including Jackson Goldstone, Asa Vermette, Tahnée Seagrave, and Nina Hoffmann. The RS acronym stands for Race Spec and refers to an extensive list of available add-ons and features. Beyond integrated protection in the elbow, chest, and hip, a per-athlete choice, the SpeedSuit RS features technical fabric enhancements for a more breathable, flexible, and optimized fit and finish.

“New innovations in Flexair are the direct result of the success of the SpeedSuit RS and validating its performance on the Downhill World Cup stage,” said Keegan Rehfeldt, Sr. Design Director at Fox Racing. “It has challenged every fabric choice, construction technique, and the overall fit itself to create a championship winning platform for athletes. Compared to its predecessor, Flexair is more lightweight overall. It’s the lightest mountain bike apparel we’ve ever made—more breathable, more flexible, and offering even more comfort with the bonded construction waistband. It stands at the bleeding edge of what a trail and race kit can offer riders.”
Redesigned from the ground up, the all-new Flexair pushes the pace for both trail riders and between-the-tape racers. The familiar and articulated slim, tapered fit is body mapped to maximize mobility in the rider attack position. Both the short and pant feature an increased rise and a bonded construction waistband to minimize slip and to ensure secure, all-day comfort. As the name alludes to, Flexair maximizes the technological advantages of fabric choice, including Power Dry™ fabric in the jersey and super-light ripstop fabric in the bottoms, to maximize mobility and breathability.
