Fox is excited to announce the addition of a new 225mm length to our Transfer Neo lineup, expanding the family’s 30.9, 31.6, and 34.9 diameter offerings.

We achieved these, not only with a ground-up external design, but with the fastest wireless connectivity in cycling. This is Transfer Neo.

What is Neo?

To make Transfer Neo’s actuation feel instantaneous, we needed a signal to reach the dropper at a speed faster than any wireless protocol that was available.  So, we made our own – Neo.

Like a Formula 1 race car, Neo has all the non-essential functions of its wireless protocol stripped away in favor of speed. How fast? Over 100x faster than Bluetooth and 20x faster than our closest competitor.

What does that mean on the bike? Virtually zero latency between actuating your dropper lever and your post moving to exactly where it needs to be.

Engineered for Excellence

Every element of the Transfer Neo has been meticulously designed, tested, and refined through FOX’s Racing Applications and Development (RAD) program. Key engineering highlights include:

Transfer Neo Seatpost features:

·       Transfer Neo is the fastest actuating wireless dropper on the market. Its ultra-low latency makes micro adjusting your seat height to suit varying terrain super precise.

·       Transfer Neo is notably shorter in terms of stack height than the competition, 47mm from bottom of the controller to center of saddle rails, an 18mm improvement over other wireless droppers. It also comes in a 225mm max drop option, giving riders more drop relative to their height to help conquer steep tracks and chutes.

·       Transfer Neo’s battery placement provides maximum tire clearance – absolutely no worries about hitting the battery under full compression mid-ride.

·       Transfer Neo has a Schrader valve on the top of the post, making for easy pressure adjustments to suit terrain or rider preference, or to compensate for pressure loss over time.

·       Transfer Neo has the same sleek new head design as the new Transfer, providing ultra-low stack and bullet-proof 2-bolt security and infinite angle adjustment.

·       Transfer Neo comes in a dedicated 34.9mm diameter option. Both the upper and lower post are optimized. This results in a lighter post with less friction as compared to other 34.9 posts that use the 31.6mm upper tube with a thicker lower tube.

·       The app tracks cycles and notifies you when it’s time to service your post. This is much more accurate than trying to keep track of hours.

Transfer Neo Lever features:

·        A CR2032 Battery that is easily accessible for tool-free replacement at the end of it’s expected 12 month battery life.

·       Standard 22.2mm, MatchMaker and I-Spec EV clamping options in the box

·       6x lever throw reduction compared to standard Transfer lever

Transfer Neo is fully supported by the FOX Bike app. Riders can quicky access an overview of Transfer Neo components, download firmware updates and activate useful features like Bike Park Mode, Transport Mode, and monitor service interval tracking.
