ORBEA UNVEILS THE NEW DESIGNS OF ITS RALLON DH, A STATEMENT OF STYLE AND CUSTOMIZATION AT THE WORLD CUP.
To celebrate the 2025 launch of the Tahnée Seagrave TS57 clothing and racewear range with FOX Racing, Orbea has custom painted a one-of-a-kind Rallon DH frame for Tahnée. This exclusive design brings the TS57 capsule collection to life through her bike; incorporating key themes, patterns, and colours from Tahnée’s creative vision.
From the signature colour fade and bold cobweb detailing to her iconic pink flare and the TS57 slogan “Happier, Healthier, Faster”, every element of the frame mirrors the attitude and ethos of the collection. This bike is not just another frame in the line-up, it’s a rolling piece of TS57 identity.
Alongside the bold statement frame, round 7 of the World Cup in Les Gets will also debut new MyO Rallon DH frame designs for the rest of the Orbea FMD Racing – The Gravity Cooperative team. Martin Maes, Phoebe Gale, Oliver Zwar, and Darragh Ryan will be racing on custom Rallon DH frames featuring a striking combination of White Chic, Black, and Titanium Purple.
Designed in collaboration with the FMD team through Orbea’s personalization program, MyO, this new look delivers a sleek, minimalist aesthetic while keeping those unmistakable flashes of FMD flair sure to become an instant fan favourite.
These two new Orbea FMD Racing frame designs, debuting in Les Gets and set to feature in future World Cup rounds, are a bold testament to Orbea’s ability to customise and personalise frames to suit each individual rider. They also reflect the brand’s commitment to aligning bike design with the distinctive identity of their dynamic race team.
Thanks to MyO, the team’s custom-painted frames seamlessly complement their famously bold FOX Racing kits—an impressive showcase of the creative potential offered by Orbea’s industry-leading bike paint facilities.
