Norco Bicycles introduces the next-generation Fluid, the latest evolution of its award-winning trail bike platform. A lighter frame, new technology, and rider-focused refinements deliver confidence, control, and composure for every stage of progression.

Built on a platform that earned Pinkbike’s Value Bike of the Year, Vital MTB’s Bike of the Year, and Bicycling Magazine’s Best Value Trail Bike honours, the new Fluid builds on that legacy with more capability, refinement, and real-world performance. A completely redesigned aluminum platform with modern geometry, and performance-focused spec combine to create a trail bike that feels intuitive from the first ride and continues to grow with the rider.

“Fluid has always been about delivering real trail performance at a real-world price,” said Paul Burnett, Senior Product Manager at Norco. “This new generation refines that formula with a lighter frame, improved ride quality, and thoughtful details that make the bike easy to maintain and more capable on the trail.”

At the centre of the new Fluid is a redesigned full 6066 aluminium frame that balances durability with weight savings. The frame is lighter than the previous generation while maintaining Norco’s signature strength and reliability. Fully guided internal cable routing with nylon tubing from nose to tail simplifies maintenance, while performance-focused components ensure consistent capability across the lineup.

The proven VPS (Virtual Pivot Suspension) platform delivers traction, support, and composure across a wide range of trail conditions. Custom shock tunes developed with leading suspension partners ensure consistent performance across all models and Ride AlignedTM setup support helps riders quickly achieve a personalized suspension baseline, reducing setup time and increasing time on trail.

Modern geometry and size-specific frames deliver balanced handling and confidence across the full-size range. Experienced riders gain control at speed and in technical terrain; while progressing riders are supported with a platform designed to build skills naturally over time.

The Norco Fluid is available in five sizes from S1 to S5, fitting riders from approximately 5’0″ to 6’6″. All models run 29-inch wheels, with a link arm flip chip allowing riders to switch to a mixed-wheel setup (29” front / 27.5” rear) to suit terrain and preference without compromising geometry or suspension performance; to ride your trails, your way.
