January 7, 2026
SCOTT Sports today announced a major reinforcement of its elite downhill program, welcoming Dakotah Norton (USA) and Jess Blewitt (New Zealand) to the SCOTT DH Factory Racing roster ahead of the 2026 UCI Downhill World Cup season. The additions of Norton and Blewitt bring proven experience, rising-star momentum, and renewed depth to a team built on precision engineering, long-term athlete development, and a relentless pursuit of performance. Together, they embody the ambition and competitive drive that define SCOTT’s approach to downhill racing at the highest level.
DAKOTAH NORTON (USA)
Arriving with a wealth of experience, speed, and big ambitions, Dakotah Norton has earned multiple podium finishes and delivered consistently strong performances at the UCI Downhill World Cup level. His journey—from early BMX and moto roots to the top tier of elite downhill racing—reflects both versatility and long-term dedication to the sport. Norton’s deep understanding of downhill dynamics, combined with his hunger to compete at the front, makes him a powerful addition to the SCOTT DH Factory program as he begins a new chapter aboard the SCOTT Gambler RC. Career highlights include two National Championships and five UCI Downhill World Cup podiums.
“I’m excited for fresh perspectives, my own balance of expectations in a new environment, and a new challenge on the SCOTT Gambler RC,” said Dakotah Norton, SCOTT DH Factory Rider.

JESS BLEWITT (NEW ZEALAND)
Widely recognized as one of downhill racing’s most compelling talents, Jess Blewitt has built her career on resilience, technical skill, and an unwavering commitment to progression. She has repeatedly rebounded from setbacks to deliver top-level results, earning respect across the international downhill community. Blewitt’s tenacity and passion align seamlessly with SCOTT’s racing philosophy, and her presence strengthens the team both competitively and culturally as she continues to push boundaries on the world’s most demanding tracks. Career highlights include five National Championships, five UCI Downhill World Cup podiums, and becoming the first female athlete to compete in Red Bull Hardline.
“I’m looking forward to bringing the fun back into racing while still working hard and learning from everyone around me,” said Jess Blewitt, SCOTT DH Factory Rider.

SCOTT DH FACTORY RACING — 2026 TEAM OUTLOOK
Looking ahead to the 2026 season, SCOTT DH Factory Racing also confirms the contract extension of Ethan Craik, alongside the official addition of French standout Vicky Clavel. Craik has established himself as a core pillar of the team, consistently delivering high-level performances and pushing the pace at the top of the sport. Clavel joins the roster following a rapid rise marked by consistent World Cup results, a European Championships bronze medal, and a top-10 finish at the 2025 World Championships. Together with Benoît Coulanges, Dakotah Norton, and Jess Blewitt, the SCOTT DH Factory Racing team enters 2026 stronger, deeper, and more competitive than ever.
“With Jess Blewitt and Dakotah Norton on board, SCOTT DH Factory Racing is stronger than ever. We enter the coming seasons full of ambition, confidence, and determination—ready to compete, ready to push limits, and ready to deliver exciting performances for our fans.
