THE NEW S-WORKS DEMO 11
THE SPEED OF TRUST
April 21, 2026
One Word: Speed. Demo 11 was developed over three years with multiple World Cup-winning prototypes with the fastest riders on the planet to realize a single objective: Go faster everywhere. Not through hype. Not through excess. Through control, predictability, and race-proven innovations that unlock previously impossible lines. This is downhill speed through trust.
Control at the Speed of Trust
Full speed is a consequence of trust. It happens when the bike consistently gives you so much control that you commit without thinking.
Speed starts with control. When the bike stays composed, stays fully active to flawlessly absorb the biggest hits, and keeps tracking the exact line you expect, you stay calm and carry speed. No stalling. No corrections. Just momentum and speed.
And when the bike reacts the same way every single time, trust becomes instinct. That’s when you stop thinking, stop managing the bike, enter the zone and start attacking the track with all of your potential. Commitment is effortless. Hesitation disappears. Flow becomes speed that you didn’t know was possible.
On the fastest, roughest tracks in the world, that’s what matters. A bike that holds its line. A bike that stays composed when everything else is chaos. A bike that manages bump forces beyond belief. A bike you can lean on at the limit.
Demo 11 is the key that unlocks flow. Maximum control. Laser‑straight predictability. A chassis that stays calm so you can stay aggressive. It frees you to ride harder, push later, and go faster than you ever have, even when the track is doing everything it can to slow you down.

Chassis
FACT 11m Carbon
Built from FACT 11m carbon, the Demo 11 frame is made to survive World Cup punishment, and stay razor-precise under maximum load. It integrates advanced suspension architecture, adjustable geometry, and self-aligning features for control, composure, and speed.
Integrated Suspension of Speed
HighGear + OBB
Demo 11’s suspension performance is built around two distinct systems working together, each engineered to address a specific challenge in downhill racing. Together, HighGear and OBB (Over Bottom Bracket) linkage deliver a fully active, fully independent suspension system that yields superior bump force management, stays calm under extreme load, virtually eliminates pedal feedback, and allows riders to carry more speed through any terrain with complete control.
HighGear
HighGear is a patent‑pending drivetrain system that raises ground clearance by 30mm and removes unwanted drivetrain influence from the suspension. It enables an optimized axle path and fully active suspension performance—with virtually no pedal feedback. Developed with SRAM for no-compromise reliability.
A compact chainring mounted to the crank spindle drives a jackshaft. The final-drive ring is mounted to the jackshaft and drives the rear wheel. The strategic location of the final drive ring ensures that above chainstay chain length remains constant, so chain forces are independent from rear suspension, and rear suspension is independent from pedal forces.
By reducing the drive ring diameter and positioning it higher in the frame, HighGear increases ground clearance by 30mm and opens race‑winning lines. The protective housing shields the system from impacts, making race-ending chainring failures a non‑issue, all while allowing optimal chainring size for the course.
By precisely locating the final-drive ring, chain forces are decoupled suspension, allowing the suspension to work independently and stay fully active through its travel. Rearward axle path is optimized without introducing pedal feedback. Square‑edge hits are absorbed cleanly, momentum is maintained, and the rider remains composed when the speed and consequences are highest.
OBB Suspension System
The OBB (Over Bottom Bracket) suspension linkage system provides the tuning freedom behind Demo 11’s ride quality. Its unique linkage allows engineers to independently tune axle path, leverage rate, and braking behavior rather than compromising one attribute to achieve another. This decoupling enables precise control of bump force management while keeping the suspension fully active, even under hard braking. The result is a bike that delivers predictable control, remains composed when braking hardest, reduces rider input, and saves energy deep into long downhill runs.
Optimized Leverage Rate
A 24% progressive leverage curve ensures the suspension responds predictably throughout the full range of travel, delivering a composed ride while absorbing big compressions, or pushing through rough sections at speed.

Self‑Aligning Chassis
Built for the forces of true downhill speed, the Demo 11’s Self‑Aligning Chassis keeps the rear wheel tracking straight and stable, even deep in the stroke, even under the heaviest loads.
With the Demo 11’s OBB system, the shock is driven through the chainstays, pulling between the main pivot and rear axle. When you pull a load rather than push it, it naturally wants to stay in line. Imagine pulling on a wagon handle, the wagon follows straight and true. The same thing happens here: the rear wheel stays aligned in‑plane, so the bike stays calm and predictable through the travel.
And the faster and rougher it gets, the more that self‑aligning effect matters. As loads increase, the chassis maintains far better in‑plane alignment than traditional designs, meaning the wheel tracks where you want it to. Fewer corrections. Less wasted energy. More predictability, more trust, more control, and more speed when everything is trying to knock you off line. That’s what riders like Loïc feel immediately, a bike that stays composed so you can stay committed.

Geometry
World Cup Proven
Demo 11’s geometry was developed directly with the Specialized Gravity Team to complement its suspension behavior and support speed at the limit.
Front-center can be increased or decreased by 6mm, allowing riders to dial fit and balance based on track conditions, riding style, and personal preference, without compromising the bike’s fundamental stability.
Size-specific rear-centers ensure balanced handling across frame sizes, maintaining the same predictable behavior for every rider.
