Sea Otter Classic 2025 Final Day
The Last Of The Cool Sheit
April 14, 2025
That’s a wrap on Sea Otter Classic 2025. Monterey provided some solid weather, and our beloved cycling industry provided the good times and fun and exciting products for us to check out. Let’s dive in to the last of what we saw at the show.
Bronson Moore of Be More Bikes, doing what he does. Out of the box thinking doesn’t result in products that will suit everyone, but we respect his adventurous nature.
Some Pearl Izumi gear, including an ultra-packable jacket that might just save the day when a sudden rain shower hits.
Kenda’s new K-Series rebrand, including the Black Diamond tires. Available in a simple Trail – All Mountain – Enduro – Downhill lineup, these are looking like a solid alternative to the Assegai.
The Aenomaly Constructs booth was shared with these mean machines from Archibald Cycles. Steel beauties!
Rob’s paint job of the show. The gold flake in this custom-painted Transition was stunning in the sun.
Intense’s new Spider trail machine is looking seriously slick. Good lines on this one – we’re stoked to welcome one in to test soon.
There were a whole lot of new helmets being shown this year. POC’s new Cularis trail lid is looking sleek, with clean styling and well considered details in classic POC style.
Fizik (fi’zi:k) have also entered the helmet market, with this Kassis trail lid. As usual, Fizik placed an emphasis on styling, but they didn’t skimp on protection with its Mips integration.
Protos and Production from Aenomaly Constructs, with their Switchgrade saddle adjuster line. The V2 dropped price, increased adjustability and still offers the same functionality. The V3 proto looks to take this a step further with a wider adjustment range and 5-degree steps.

Same here, dog. That’s it from us for the 2025 Sea Otter Classic. Now it’s time to catch some zzz’s like this pup, and get final prep and pre-testing done as we ramp up towards our 2025 eMTB Shootout, which we’re filming in a few weeks. Exciting times.
