FMD Racing’s “How We Roll” Series returns, in partnership with Fox Racing. From the epic highs to the catastrophic lows, the series gives fans a behind-the-scenes peek into the lives of some of their favorite MTB athletes, and their experiences hunting for that top step. Get ready to be a fly on the wall in the most intense, inspiring, and raw moments of the season. Are you ready to roll?

Get ready to be thrown back into the chaos of FMD Racing with familiar faces like Tahnée Seagrave, Oliver Zwar, Phoebe Gale, and Rudi Eichhorn. The downhill elite athletes recap the ups-and-downs of their 2023 season, while outlining their ambitions and anxieties for the season ahead.

We start our journey at the first stop of the 2024 downhill race in For William, Scotland, where Tahnée prepares for battle, and feels like the “Queen of Downhill” once again.

Phoebe Gale takes on her second year in the Elite Women’s field, and aspires to come out swinging whilst wrestling with the mental gymnastics of downhill racing.

Oli Zwar is hungry for redemption from his 2023 season, but will his wrist surgery make it an easy ride?

Fresh-faced junior, Rudi Eichhorn is eager to make a splash in 2024 – and with this being his last year in the class, the stakes haven’t been higher.

Up in the Scottish Borders, we join the athlete in her home turf, where Gale grew an incredible community, and honed her unmistakable style and talent on a bike. In this episode, we dive into the mental battle of downhill racing, and learn how despite your talent, platform, and set-up, the mental craft of the sport takes time, experience, and patience to master.

Phoebe’s battle for podiums is unrelenting, and her and her team know she deserves it.
However, the learning process of racing at the highest level endures in parallel to this. And when races don’t go as planned, it’s the growth of turning frustration into progression that Phoebe is conquering.

The downhill scene knows Phoebe is a threat. It’s simply a matter of time…she is coming!
