When Tom Caldwell puts his name to a riding film, you know it’s going to be good. The Firm is no exception – carnage and class in equal measures. So good!

What even is The Firm? Well put simply, it’s a WhatsApp group just like you have with all your riding mates, too. Lads with all sorts of backgrounds and stories – but that doesn’t matter. We’re all here for the fun of it before we get old, grumpy and end up with knackered knees, aka Mike Taylor. I guess this is something to look back on in 20 years and think ‘Yeah, we had a f*cking good time’. With lots of change and uncertainty within MTB, this film goes back to basics and highlights the fact we should simply message our mates and get the bikes out. You have to treasure every moment with your mates, because let’s be honest things change and these times won’t last forever.

I have really poured my heart and soul into this one over the course of the last 15 months and it’s probably the most time and energy I’ve ever put into any one project. 40, 50 days perhaps? And I couldn’t have done it without the lads and their monumental efforts. So if you could do us one favour, grab a bev, press play and enjoy the chaos unfold.
