Thank you so much to all of our new Wolf Pack members!

You guys are amazing and we couldn’t be prouder to present one of our own with the first Loam Wolf Edition custom bike build. Welcome to The Pack Nathan Engel.

We’ve had great experiences emailing and chatting with so many of you guys and have realized that we have the coolest customers around! We appreciate you being patient and understanding as we’re still a super small, self-funded operation working out of any spare space (and time) we can find. Having a motivated and understanding support network makes us want to keep working those long hours every night. We are driven to keep you as stoked as you make us by leaving a nice comment or wanting to wear our gear.

Time for the fun! Today Scott rider, Kyle Jameson joined Drew Rohde and Trevor Lyden for a trip up to Mt. Bachelor Bike Park to select the grand prize winner. We used a third party to deliver us 27 (cuz the bike’s a 27.5, get it) finalists from all the entries we received. From there Drew printed, cut and crumpled all 27 names and threw ‘em in a bucket. Mt. Bachelor has a perfect little jump line in the lift area and Kyle was ready to send his own Scott Genius into the air and attempt a one-handed grab to select our lucky winner.

The Giveaway Bike

It took two tries, but even with the pressure of our live Instagram feed and some breezy conditions, Kyle J was able to ride away with a balled up piece of paper in his hand. We ran down the hill as he skidded to a stop and opened up the paper. Entry number 719, Nathan Engel of Southern California was the name printed out.

Congratulations Nathan, and once again thank you guys so much for participating. We are really excited to plan our next build so please leave a comment below and let us know what bike you’d like to see next! We’ll select one commenter below to mail a care package to as well.

Once again, we’d also like to thank all the companies that helped make this happen.

Zack Vestal at Scott Sports, without them we wouldn’t have had this bitchin’ bike to work with.
