Revamped XC Elite Orbea Factory Team Will Use Oquo Wheels

Oquo was born with a clear intent: “The best bikes deserve superior quality and personalized wheels that challenge the status quo.” To do this, its wheels must be tested at the highest level and at the best competitions in the world. This season, that will be a constant benchmark as Oquo becomes the official wheel supplier for the Orbea Factory Team.

The brand has an unwavering mission to improve bikes and their performance through its wheels—something that fully aligns with the renewed Orbea Factory Team and its new focus on the international XC elite.

This enables Oquo to take a step forward in its commitment to high-level racing, allowing it to continue developing its performance products. The feedback from the riders, the knowledge it generates and the wide range of races for testing will serve to improve the future products of Oquo’s Mountain Performance (MP) range, oriented towards MTB competition, particularly XC and marathon.

The Orbea Factory Team has been riding the MP30 LTD and MP30 Team models for weeks, with the MP30 LTD primarily used in racing. It is the lightest and stiffest model in Oquo’s performance range, weighing in at just 1350g. The MP30 Team, for its part, offers a perfect balance between lightweight construction, rigidity and durability.
