Yeti Cycles is excited to announce Roots Run Deep: Richie Rude, a film highlighting the life and career of one of the most prolific and dominant riders in Enduro. Richie Rude’s soft-spoken and modest demeanor off the trail is sharply contrasted by his wickedly tenacious riding style.

Now on his 12th year in Turquoise, Rude’s roots with Yeti undoubtably run deep. We follow the New Englander in his early days on the bike, through his incredible rise as the first American to claim a Downhill Jr. World Championship title, to his decision to ditch the DH dual-crown in favor of the emerging discipline of Enduro.

We even get a rare peek into the extracurricular activities of one of the most mysterious men in the sport, as he shared his passion for bikes with the next generation of riders.

But Rude has a lingering question: Where would he stack up in Downhill now, a decade after stepping down from the podium’s top spot as a junior. With the support of the entire company through a sensational Yeti Special Project, Richie – and the rest of the world – might just find out.
