MONDRAKERS THIRD LIGHT e-MTB

The all-new SLY is here to complete the hat-trick of our Light e-MTB range. After NEAT and DUNE with Stealth Carbon frames, SLY is our first mid-power bike to come with a Stealth Alloy frame and that makes it our MVP for covering all the bases in the light, mid-power e-MTB market.

SLY takes cues from the NEAT model in travel, geometry and kinematics, but with the bonus of being available in 5 sizes from S through XL, and boasting the Bosch SX Performance motor as fitted to the DUNE. NEAT and DUNE are regarded as two of the best in their class, so it was only logical to take cues from both of them (and to add a little special sauce) to create SLY, the consummate balance between performance and price.

We wanted SLY to be the ideal choice for riders looking to make the move to an e-MTB / Light e-MTB, and so we’ve crafted our most advanced Stealth Alloy full suspension e-Bike frame to date.

ALUMINUM, POWER AND LIGHTWEIGHT

Here at Mondraker we’re convinced that SLY will become a reference point for riders looking for a truly versatile e-MTB. Since their inception, versatility has been a key point of our mid-power NEAT and DUNE models, as well as our full power CRAFTY. Tipping the scales at under 21kg with an alloy frame, the SLY gives you the same performance as you’d expect from full suspension, carbon fiber-framed bikes.

SLY’s Stealth Alloy frame demonstrates just how advanced our aluminum technology is and how finely we can tune it to meet the design criteria demanded by individual models. In the case of the SLY we really wanted to showcase how we can endow an aluminum bike with the same identity and features as our range-topping carbon fiber frames. The frame carries the same organically angular design as the rest of the Light e-MTB range, and the welds join the alloy tubes so seamlessly they’re almost invisible.

150mm rear wheel travel balanced by a 160mm fork. SLY is a copy of the NEAT when it comes to suspension kinematics, taking full advantage of Forward Geometry and our Updated Zero Suspension System. It’s also the only model in our Light e-MTB range offered in 5 different sizes to fit a wider range of riders: S, M, ML, L and XL.

BOSCH PERFORMANCE SX

SLY builds on the compact, light and punchy Bosch Performance SX with 55Nm of torque and 600W of peak power. It’s the same motor we chose for the DUNE and combined with its 400Wh integrated battery it offers a very similar riding experience and performance to the DUNE.

Available in two build options, R and RR, with both versions weighing in at under 21kg, SLY takes the crown as our lightest full suspension 150mm travel aluminum e-MTB, regardless of category. Which, together with the performance of the Bosch SX motor and its optional 250Wh ‘Powermore’ range extender, makes it the MVP for anyone looking for a lightweight aluminum enduro e-MTB in today’s market.

SLY takes its rightful place among the mid-power bikes offered by Mondraker, bringing the total up to three models released in a little over a year and reinforcing our commitment to this segment as a brand.

SLY is a concept that was born from our CNC prototype for the NEAT back in 2022, and is a part of the growing breed of super-agile e-MTBs that ride like non-e-Bikes. The 2025 model SLY showcases our most high-tech Stealth Alloy and the top-flight performance you always expect from a Mondraker.

TWO BUILD OPTIONS: R AND RR

SLY comes in two builds: R and RR. Both share many component specifications such as 4 piston brakes and 200m discs, 800mm wide handlebars, the latest iteration of Maxxis’s 2.5” DHF/DHR II tyres, and ONOFF Pija dropper seatposts up to 210mm long (depending on frame size).

SLY is Mondraker’s first Light e-MTB available in 5 different sizes: S, M, ML, L and XL. Adding a frame size gives riders the chance of a better overall fit, fine tuning the balance between bike and rider with smaller variations in reach, seat tube length, stack height etc between sizes.

SLY RR: DRESSED TO THE NINES

Our most high-tech Stealth Alloy frame ever deserves nothing less than the best. The RR build is a step up if you want to get even more out of your SLY. FOX suspension provides the 160mm Fox 36 29 Float Performance GRIP fork and a Fox Float X Performance EVOL shock. SRAM Code Bronze Stealth 4 piston brakes with 200mm rotors keep things from getting out of hand on the steeps, and Mavic E-CrossTrail SL 30mm wheels offer the best balance of compliance / rigidity out there. ONOFF have you covered with a selection of components from the all new S6 range and include a carbon fibre bar, a stem, grips and the Pija seatpost with lengths varying from 140mm to 210mm depending on frame size. The SLY RR comes in the gorgeous Black / Nimbus Grey / Tonic Gold colourway.

SLY R: ACCESS YOUR SLY

Access a world of SLY. Access the best cost performance out there. The R build offers RockShox suspension with a Psylo Gold RC 160mm fork paired with a Rockshox Deluxe Select+ shock; SRAM 4 piston DB8 Stealth brakes to keep things firmly under control, and Mavic 29”, 30mm E-CrossRide 29 wheels for reliability and strength. Our component brand ONOFF supplies the handlebar, grips and stem from its S3 range, while the S6 range offers up the Pija seatpost in lengths from 140mm to 210mm depending on frame size. The SLY R comes in the spectacular Marlin Blue / Racing Silver / Obsidian Grey colourway.

SLY & ONOFF: PREMIUM FEEL

The design, aesthetics and premium performance of SLY are complemented by the all-new range of ONOFF components. Our in-house component brand has taken a huge leap for-ward for the 2025 season, adding value to a whole range of Mondraker bikes.

The SLY R comes with ONOFF’s S3 range of components. Accordingly, the SLY R comes fitted with ONOFF’s S3 range aluminum handlebar (800mm) and stem (30mm), and depending on the size of your SLY it will come fitted with a riser bar or not. The all-new CNC Forest Lock-on grips are 135mm wide and taper from 31mm to 32mm for added grip. SLY RR stands out with the ONOFF S6 range with a CNC stem in 30mm and a carbon S6 handlebar with the same specifications and measurements as the aluminum S3 range.

Both the R and the RR come with ONOFF’s S6 range Pija dropper post with lengths var-ying from 140mm to 210mm depending on frame size as follows: S: 140-115mm, M: 160-135mm, ML: 180-155mm, L: 210- 185mm and XL: 210-185mm.
