SHREDLY’S NEW ALL TIME PANT

While many of us are winding down our mountain biking season after an exhausting summer full of adventures on two wheels, SHREDLY is bursting at its beautifully crafted seams to announce the riding season ain’t over yet with their new All Time Pant! After a pair of moto pants caught an employee’s eye, Ashley and the SHREDLY team quickly whipped these up. I managed to score a sneak peek before the All Time Pants become readily available later this fall and have included my first impressions below – check back later this fall to read my full review.

THE LAB

Formerly the Dolomite Pant, the All Time Zipper Snap Mid-Rise Pant features a mid-rise and zipper-button combo. The pants are made out of SHREDLY’s ecoMove fabric, allowing for easy movement but tough enough to withstand the frequent wash-outs (you try riding Beacon Hill’s kitty litter trails all summer long!). Playing on the always comfortable jogger-style, the pants taper off with an elasticized cuff equipped with a zipper to access knee pads or allow more air flow. Like the All Time Shorts that I reviewed this spring, the elastic waistband spans ¾ across the waist and merges into one front panel with two button snaps and a zipper closure below. The pants come equipped with four mesh pockets – two are hidden within the pintuck design and two are located up higher on the leg for quick access.

THE WOLF’S FIRST IMPRESSION

The center piece of these pants, the cherry on top, is the moto-inspired styling and the use of pintuck detailing. These pants could have easily stood and carried their weight alone, but the addition of the pintucked fabric created an edgy and bold moto style. When I think of moto, I think of motorcycles and dirt bikes, and either way, both styles seem to be heavy and tough and even leather tends to make an appearance. As much as I enjoy watching hours upon hours of Motocross, I was hesitant to see how the moto inspiration would come across on the All Time Pants. But SHREDLY knows what they’re doing. As I slid the pants on, laced up my shoes, and did a little runway walk in front of my cats, I was feeling it. In all seriousness, the All Time Pants have tons of pocket space, make me feel comfortable in my own skin, bold enough to test out and session new features on my own, and fit generally as expected. I can’t ask for much more in a pair of pants.

SHREDLY’s team doesn’t seem to stop working, as they’re constantly searching for even the smallest piece of inspiration. And it’s resulted in a collection filled with bold apparel for remarkable women who want to send it out on the trail just as much as they do in their everyday life. The new All Time Pants are edgy and daring, while remaining cozy enough for your fall riding escapades.
