Kona Bikes Process X DL

PROCESS X DL

If the Undertaker rode a mountain bike, he’d undoubtedly ride the Process X DL. Aimed at nothing but ripping riders on the most technical of terrain, the Process X DL is a monster on the trails. A full carbon frame features the all-new RockShox Zeb Ultimate RC2 fork with 170mm of travel and a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock boasting 160mm of travel. A SRAM XO1 Eagle drivetrain provides maximum range when hitting the liaison stages between trails. We tossed on some ultra-burly Maxxis EXO+ casing tires—Assegai front and Minion DHR II rear—for the rough stuff. SRAM Code RSC brakes provide mega stopping power, but who needs brakes when you’re this busy hauling ass?

PROCESS X

The all-new Process X is coming in hot! This gravity-hungry machine features 170mm of front and 160mm of rear travel. With its full carbon frame, an adjustable wheelbase, and the ability to run a 29” or 27.5” rear wheel, the Process X can be customized to the perfect fit. A Shimano XT drivetrain keeps the shifting smooth while ultra-powerful four piston Shimano Deore brakes with 203mm rotors keep the speed in check. When you’re ready to rip, a Fox 38 Performance fork and Performance Elite DPX2 rear shock provide plush suspension. Chunky trails are no match for the front Maxxis Assegai EXO+ TR 3C and rear Minion DHR II EXO+ TR 3C tires.
